Instructors and Examiners at SATA

If you are an Instructor or Examiner wishing to join the Swiss Airline Training Academy's list of available personnel, then we would like to hear from you.

At the Academy we take every step possible to ensure that we work with people who fit into our company and instructional culture. This is done so that we ensure that training at SATA is always in the interest of the student or candidate in order to ensure a proficient and professional service.

If you hold a TRI / SFI or TRE / SFE rating on any of the aircraft that we list and you wish to be used for training purposes, then kindly let us know via the Contact Form below.

What can I expect once I contact you?

Once you contact SATA and express your interest in making yourself available for training, the following will happen:

  • You will receive two links: one for a Consent to use your Information and the second, a link to upload your information; 
  • Your information will be checked to ensure it meets our needs under EASA. (UKCAA and ICAO positions are currently manned);
  • Once all of this is checked, you will have an online interview with the Head of Training;
  • In some cases, we might ask you to present a topic or a session in the presence of a SATA instructor;
  • You will then receive an agreement and will be placed on the list in your strategic area as an available instructor.
